Oceanside Public Library is partnering with the City of Oceanside Arts Commission and Oceanside CA Cultural District to host the O’Arts Grants Celebration on Saturday, October 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Library courtyard at 330 N. Coast Highway. A special edition of Oceanside Art Walk runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Civic Center Plaza and will award $150,000 in grants—featuring food, music, live performances and the announcement of the 2025-26 Arts & Culture Grant awardees.

North Island Credit Union announced that it will offer relief programs to support current members whose pay has been disrupted by the government shutdown. The programs include a skipped loan payment on auto or signature loans, penalty-free early certificate withdrawals, and a reduced rate on signature loans—helping members borrow up to twice their most recent net paycheck, up to $3,000.
