Childbirth Preparation Class In-Person

A 4-hour class that provides a deep dive into the process of birth, including signs of labor, when to go to the hospital, stages of labor, options for pain relief, hospital procedures & interventions, and helpful tips for labor & birth.

Please take either this class or the 2-Part Virtual Childbirth Preparation Series.
