About this event

Join us for a class designed to challenge you in the most fun and upbeat way. Each teacher has creative freedom to deliver a dynamic, high energy, music driven experience. Whether wrapped up in 50 or 60 minutes, expect to sweat, smile, work hard, and most importantly have fun (also maybe shake your booty a bit) :) No shoes required, please bring a mat, towel and water to hydrate. Expect the morning and evening classes to be heated between 80-90 (we like to widen the range so we can work with the external elements such as high humidity or colder winter mornings), and our midday classes will be unheated. See you on your mat!
