About this event

Virtual classes at Yoga Branch conducted via ZOOM! This one-hour class will be taught by your favorite Yoga Branch teachers. You'll take the class live from the comfort of your own home and be able to interact & say hello to your fellow participants before and after the class. During the class, all participants will be muted so you can enjoy the teacher's instruction with minimal distraction. You do not have to show yourself on video or interact if you do not want to. Please note that classes may be recorded. To participate in Virtual Classes, you must purchase your Virtual Class package (which is included if you are a monthly unlimited autopay or annual pass contract holder), then "check in" to your class online. When you successfully check in, you will be emailed log-in instructions to be able to access the class at its start time. ABOUT THIS CLASS All Levels Flow is a good, classic, well-rounded, moderately paced session. Beginners are welcome & encouraged while intermediate students also enjoy attending this class formerly known as Yoga Basics. (level 1-2)
