Heart Opening Kundalini Activation and Reiki Workshop

About this event

Led by Maricel, this session blends Kundalini Activation and Reiki, along with a curated playlist, heart opening energy healing, and light language to guide you on a transformative inner journey— creating a space for energetic release, nervous system support, emotional healing, and deeper self-awareness.

Kundalini Activation is a powerful energy healing modality that supports the movement of life force energy within the body in a gentle, natural way. Combined with Reiki’s gentle, heart-centered healing energy, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you. Many experience bliss and a feeling of peace.

Many spiritual traditions describe kundalini as a dormant energy that resides within us. As this energy begins to flow more freely, it can support healing, personal growth, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Every experience is different. Some people feel waves of energy moving through the body, emotional release, deep relaxation, heightened intuition, feelings of bliss, or a profound sense of peace and connection. Others simply leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
