About this event
An Extraordinary Journey Through Champagne
Maison Henriot, founded in 1808 by the visionary Apolline Henriot, has long stood at the pinnacle of Champagne's storied tradition. With 37 hectares of organically certified estate vineyards anchored in the legendary Côte des Blancs, each cuvée is a testament to the maison's unwavering pursuit of precision, complexity, and luminous expression.
This exclusive evening invites you to explore four remarkable expressions of Henriot's artistry — from the exotic splendor of L'Inattendue to the profound, time-sculpted grandeur of Cuvée Hemera. Each champagne will be presented by our sommelier and paired with a bespoke course designed to elevate and reveal its finest character.
Seating is strictly limited to ensure an intimate, immersive experience befitting these extraordinary wines.
L'Inattendue
Blanc de Blancs · Grand Cru · 100% Chardonnay
2018
An extraordinary expression from the Grand Cru de Chouilly. The nose is powerful yet elegant — bursting with fresh yellow fruits, ripe pineapple, and vanilla, with subtle hints of petrol revealing the wine's depth. On the palate, expect an ample, round, velvety texture with a uniquely vibrant freshness for the vintage and an exceptionally long, lingering finish.
Chardonnay 100%, Côte des Blancs, Extra Brut
Brut Millésimé
Blanc · Grand Cru Terroirs · Millésimé
2015
A luminous, sunlit 2015 of surprising tension and precision. Aromas of ripe plum, pear, and melon weave through white flowers, toasted almond, and light spice, all traversed by an elegant chalky mineral streak. The palate opens with a lively, creamy attack, fine effervescence, and expands into citrus tones with saline echoes and a long, precisely sculpted finish.
Pinot Noir 53%, Chardonnay 47%, Extra Brut
Rosé Millésimé
Rosé · Millésimé · Grand Cru Terroirs
2015
The rosé companion to the 2015 vintage shines with a radiant, copper-rose brilliance. On the nose, red berries — strawberry, raspberry, and cherry — mingle with rose petal, blood orange, and a whisper of brioche. The palate is silky and generous, with a vivid acidity that frames ripe fruit and a finish of remarkable poise and delicate persistence.
Pinot Noir 57%, Chardonnay 43%, Brut Rosé
Cuvée Hemera
Prestige Cuvée · Six Grand Crus · 9 Years on Lees
2013
Hemera — the Greek goddess of daylight — lends her name to Henriot's crowning prestige cuvée. A profound synthesis of six founding Grand Crus: Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly, Chouilly, Avize, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. After nine years of patient ageing on lees, the wine reveals extraordinary complexity: toasted hazelnuts, white truffle, brioche, and aged citrus peel, underpinned by a crystalline minerality and an endlessly evolving finish.
Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 50%, Six Grand Crus, Brut
