Candlelight Hot Fusion Express is a condensed (45min) version of our Hot Fusion sequence that will prepare you for a restful night sleep. It will enhance your focus and attention to detail through longer holds and balancing postures. This class is great for circulation and flushing the system, and includes opening of the hips, shoulders, and spine, and includes core & back work to combat back pain, as well as strengthens your joints. This class is all-levels and is great for beginners and people who like consistency and familiarity, as it is the same sequence every time. 98-103 degrees, 40-50% humidity.
