Drum Trance at The Gathering Yoga in Old Town Murrieta

About this event

Are you tired of thinking your way through everything? You don't have to figure it out today. You just have to show up. The drum takes you somewhere your mind cannot reach — beneath the noise, beneath the story, beneath the version of yourself that has been working so hard to hold it all together. You can:

• Get quiet — genuinely, fully quiet

• Shift what has been feeling stuck

• Reconnect with yourself at a level that thinking never touches

• Find your center and remember it is still there

• Listen to what your guides, your body, and your ancestors have been trying to tell you

This is a reset for your whole being. No experience necessary. No preparation required. Come as you are. The drum trance gives you the medicine. Integration is how you keep it. Come as you are. Return a little more whole. The Gathering Yoga Studio Murrieta Register Here, (or DM me) *** 🥁 Shamanic Drum Trance with Sand / 3sticks 2spirit shaman
