expect to see a bit of everything during our time together. room will reach temps of up to 90 degrees. Tone is set to energizing music, we use light hand weights as we move and flow through yoga poses as well as add in strength moves like squats, lunges, and core work. Be prepared for added drills from formats such as Pilates and Barre as well. This is a great full body workout with a stretch and relaxation at the end of class.
