Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound experience using soothing tones and vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. This meditative class helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a sense of inner balance and restoration. Suitable for all levels —just come as you are and relax. PLEASE NOTE: Please arrive 10 minutes before class time. Everyone will be given a mat, one bolster and one blanket. You are welcome to bring additional props/items with you for your comfort if desired.
