About this event
Our Middle School training groups integrate the most proven methods for developing and enhancing Speed , Strength and Work Capacity, in a systematic, sequential and age-appropriate manner. Every session is designed to build upon the last, and prepare athletes for the next, within an overall system of athletic development that produces tremendous upgrades in performance capacity at an early age. This group is not a typical "workout" or fitness class...it's a challenging level of training that produces real results and builds tremendous confidence.
