About this event
This class combines therapeutic breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. We may incorporate various somatic exercises or movements to relieve tension and stress, allowing your body to experience less stagnation and greater circulation, which promotes overall balance. We are working with the physical and energetic systems of your being — allowing you to tune in to the subtle shifts within. Various sound-healing instruments may be interwoven throughout the class, providing an experience of deep peace and relaxation.
