About this event

A lyra is a suspended steel hoop that hangs from a spanset. Challenging your grip strength and sequencing abilities, lyra provides a unique way to explore artistry and flexiblity. In Lyra 1, we will start from the beginning with basic inversions, lyra mounts, and poses. This class is for newbies and beginners. If you’ve never tried Lyra, this one is for you! No previous aerial experience is necessary. **Participants must be 13 years or older to enroll.** **No refunds for drop-in classes**
