Tired of the same old cardio dance class? Our Cardio Hip Hop class is for those looking for something more on the "dance class" choreography side of dance fitness. This build-upon cardio class will have you dancing full choreography in no time. We take it slow, but your heart rate will stay elevated. This class is held at Dance North County, 535 Encinitas Blvd, Suite 101, Encinitas. Athletic shoes and water are recommended.
