- ➤ A Carlsbad man named Alexander Paffendorf received a three-year gun violence restraining order today after he allegedly discussed using explosives and a gun to commit a mass shooting with a teenage girl linked to a Wisconsin school attack & the judge said his detailed discussion on weaponry made his behavior too risky for gun ownership. - ➤ Authorities are seeking help to locate 14 year old Andrew Hernandez who was last seen at 8:30 p.m. Monday at 3810 Stanford Drive in Oceanside—he is visually impaired, considered at risk and was wearing a black jacket, long black shorts, a black baseball cap and no shoes. The Coast News
