Good morning, Oceanside.

On June 17, the Oceanside City Council approved over $1 million in Measure X funds to help 14 youth programs and city-run after-school initiatives that offer prevention, education, and enrichment services, with funds starting on July 1.

Oceanside awarded $340,000 from a state opioid remediation program to six local organizations this year, including Boys + Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego and Lifeline Community Services, to support youth drug prevention programs in areas with high risk factors and limited after-school options.
