- ➤ North County Transit District officials said that construction on a new COASTER platform in downtown will begin in spring 2026 and finish in 2027—this nearly 1000-foot station between First and Fifth, near the Convention Center and Petco Park, will let riders travel directly from Oceanside to the Gaslamp Quarter.
