Oceanside officials and theater staff broke through a wall at Sunshine Brooks Theater on Dec.
16 to begin a three-month renovation in downtown Oceanside. The first phase (connecting Studio 219 to the main lobby) will improve safety and access, with plans for an expanded lobby and new restrooms.
